Pre-op Clean out

I have had to go through so many glean outs for tests and the easiest one I have done is the one with Fleet Phospho-Soda. It contains 3 oz and you take half with 4 oz of cool water followed by 8 oz of water then you wa[t a few hours and repeat. You still need to drink a gallon of water but it sure beats that go lightly stuff that gets gaggy after a few glasses. Carolyn Craig
