Sleep Deprived
Hi Juanita! I know I had sleep apnea before surgery but as far as I know, it is no longer. It is possible that you do have sleep apena but I would assume one of the symptoms is not waking up and not being able to go back to sleep. Usually, you may wake up when you stop breathing but can go back to sleep. Have you been stressed more than usual lately or changed your sleeping schedule? Maybe something else is going on causing you now to be able to sleep through the entire night. Hopefully you will be able to go to bed early tonight and catch up on your missed sleep!

Hey Misty!
It was great to meet you at the protein party.. I guess I have been stressed at work trying to move up and seem to be stuck. It gets really frustrating. Just had a schedule change as well. I used to be off wed and thurs and that is when I would work out. Now I work mon-fri and have weekends off and have been going to work out after work usually around 5:30- 6:00. This is probably the issue.
By the way if you have any pics in your ph or you could send me if you give me your sign in for OH I could try to put it in your avatar. Then you could always change your password afterwards. Thanks for your reply to my post!
Juanita,
Have you had a recent change in your diet or excercise schedule? I know sometimes if I have one of the protein bullets too close to bedtime, I have difficulty getting to sleep or if I excercise late at night this affects my sleep as well. I sure hope you get this resolved soon, if not I would contact your PCP, because this can throw your entire body off.
