RE: Got my ref. and ready

Hi, my name is Donna and I got my ref. from my Ins. co and now I called the doctors office and they said I had to go to the meeting on the 16th which is tomorrow, thank God it will be tomorrow, I have counted down the days. they said it would only take a week to have a office visit and two months for the surgery! Does anyone know? please let me know..

It depends on where you are and who you are using...I went to my seminar on August 26...nothing had been done prior...started the approval process the next week, was approved less than a month later, had my surgeon consult on Nov. 1 and had surgery on Dec. 11.

Like Kym said, it depends on what clinic you are using and how full the surgery schedule is. I had my insurance packet submitted December 19th, got my approval January 3rd and had surgery January 31st. Let us know how your meeting goes and when you get a date. Who is your surgeon?
