I got lost!!

I tried to make it to the protien party today but ended up in Hendersonville. I didn't have anyone's phone number so I couldn't call. I had two huge garbage bags of clothes too... Tonya, I still have the shirt for ya!

You were headed in the right direction. Gallatin is the other side of Hendersonville. Tonya didn't make it either. We discussed doing this again since we all enjoyed it so much. Melinda and Mike were very gracious hosts. I actually brought home fewer clothes than I took and half of what I brought home is new (to me) clothes in my current size. WOO HOO!!!! I am so happy that most of what I took found a new home with someone who can get some additional use out of it. I am sending you a private message with my cell phone number. I'm so sorry you got lost. Would it help if I told you that all our food was gross, and that the protein spioled and we all got sick? We missed you; hopefully we can see each other next month in Cool springs

Was it really yucky? I had also packed up a couple of vanilla nut achieve ones for the day...they are really yummy! I'll have to see if I can make the next one, I'll be taking a Saturday class beginning April 28th. It only lasts for 6 sessions. I figured while I have some extra time I might as well get the extra class in.

I am Soooooooooo...sorry, I forgot all about it. I had such a BLESSED TIME with Dr Spaw on Friday and after my last consult with him Friday, the party completely left my mind. My paperwork is being sent to my insurance company Monday morning and Dawn told me it would take up to two weeks for Aetna to approve it, then I'll be scheduled for surgery. I cried in Dr Spaw's office Friday and he COMPLETELY reassured me and preached to me in a good way. He took all the negativity out of my mind, that all I could think about when I left was going to join Curves and then when I got there they were closed, due to a womens conference downtown. But that didn't stop me, because I joined this morning then went to lunch with my husband and kids. I had such a good day, I forgot all about the party. Sorry ladies! I'll make it next time. Alyssa, I hope you saved the blouse for me, I'll see you at the next support group meeting, bring it with you, please. I'm so excited, I'm on my way ladies! I ate so much today, trying to eat what I can before it's all taken away is what I felt. I only have about 4 weeks left between the insurance approval and the pre surgery diet. Has anyone gained any weight prior to having the surgery, because now all of a sudden I want to eat everything that I know I'll never be able to eat again. Help!!

I'm so sorry...you know, it's a good point that we don't have some numbers for each other. I will email you my cell number in case that happens again...surely between Susan and I, we can get you where you're going!
