Dr. Olsen Appointment Today

I went to see Dr. Olsen today and I was at 68% of my body weight lost. I've lost 72 lbs. in 4 1/2 months and I am at 30 BMI. Almost only overweight. Can't wait to get there. He said I was doing Phenomenal. As for my costochondritis (inflamed ribs and rib cage), to continue to take the Celebrex until all my pills are gone, then take Tylenol after that for the pain. Hopefully this will bring the inflammation down enough where I will only need the Tylenol. Don't want to stay on Celebrex too long. My next goal is to be at 150 lbs. by June 8th. That is my next appointment with Dr. Olsen. So I have to lose 21 lbs. in 8 weeks.

I mean my appointment was yesterday.

Congrats Robin, wow 72 lbs in less than 5 months. You go girl. All I can say is you must be doing something right. Good luck on your goal, no doubt in my mind that you'll make it and then be doing a happy dance. Darlene
