Clothes, Clothes, Clothes

I have finally completed going through my closets and I have packed another 7 boxes of clothes to bring to the Protein Party. I have sizes from 1x to 28's so I sure hope that some people would like to have them. I had a few things that I started to put in a Goodwill box, because they are probably only good for house cleaning or yard work, but I got to thinking, some of us may need these too. I know my clothes are limited to nicer clothes and I would not want to wear any of them and take a chance of messing them up. Hope that they will go to a good home or lots of good homes, Shelia

Lordy, I sure do hope it's warm next Saturday so we can spread some of this bounty outside to give folks room to look through it. We're gonna have to organize areas by clothing sizes. If this isn't proof of "ask and ye shall receive..." I don't know what it is!

I did seperate my clothes into tops, bottoms, and outfits, that way it would be a little easier to rumage through. Sizes was just a little to difficult, considering I had so many sizes and probably not enough boxes. It is going to look like we are having a yard sale amongst everyone!!! Fun Fun!! Shelia

Your avatar is awesome Sheila! I am going to go through my stuff this week too...I hopefully am going to be bringing my friend Julie with me. She is having her surgery later this month. I think she is probably in 30's or stretchy 28's so she will probably be able to use a lot of the things most of us are out of by now. My neice brought me over a bunch of jeans today and I am solidly in 18's except for one brand...Lee's. For some reason, unless they are the stretchy Lee's, I can barely squeeze into 20's in them. But in the stretchy Lee's I wear a 16...go figure! I am learning brands I never thought I would wear...I love L.E.I. and Y.M.I....Love, love, love them! They are so comfortable. I have also found that the junior depts. are a good place to get cheap jeans! I have you a pair of 8.5's dress shoes but I am mad I didn't check them out a little better before I bought them...the top elastic has some cracks but I really don't think it is very noticeable so I am bring them to you. I also have some black pumps that say they are 9's but they fit like 8.5's.

Well, I sure hope that they fit, I went and bought a pair of brown heels the other day, $7.00 (Yeah) and I had to try on three pairs before I found a size that fit. I finally bought a 7 1/2, by george my feet have even shrunk I am putting cotton balls in my white pumps this morning to wear to church for Easter Sunday!!! Hope I don't leave a trail of cotton balls like Peter Cotton Tail , but if they do not fit me I am sure someone will be able to benefit from them. Thanks Kym, Shelia
