Since we are doing a clothing exchange again, I wanted to find out what sizes everyone is needing. I think you guys are all smaller than me so I don't know if I have anything for you but I will bring any sizes I can. I do have a few items of my neice's that are WWWAAAYYYY too small for me and there is no sense in them just hanging in the closet for months. As far as I go, in tops and in dresses, I can still pull off larger sizes thanks to the girls, lol. I still have some 2x I wear and a few 24's in tops and dresses. In pants, if the fit is tight, I am in 20's and 18's, if they are stretchy or loose, 16's. I haven't been in a 16 since I was in the 7th grade. I am still a little blown away by this so it's not sinking in quite yet. Also, if anyone needs bras, post that too. I desperately need some 42 C bras if anyone has any to get rid of. I was in 48/50 DD before surgery! If anyone needs shoes, post that too. I have a few to bring in 11's, 10's (wide). I am in 10 medium and some 9-9.5's depending. So please, everyone who is coming, post what sizes you need as well as any sizes someone you know may be able to use. My friend Julie, who is having surgery this month, is getting a lot of the clothes I am shrinking out of as she is still in 30/32 and some 26/28's. See evreryone there!

I am desperate for size 18 and 20 pants myself, I actually just got through crying, because I have one pair of black pants that fit to wear to work right now that go with several dress shirts. I have some casual pants, but really not work pants. Did not realize that I was in this situation. My best friend gave me some clothes, but the pants are now too big except one pair and then the rest are too casual for the office. So if anyone else can help, I would appreciate it also!! Shelia

Don't cry!! You need work clothes and I need casual ones so surely between all our buddies we can get you taken care of. I have a nice outfit you could use but I think it is a 16. I will bring it for you since you are losing so fast!

Don't know if you'll get a chance to check this during the day today. I tried to call your cell phone on my way to work this morning...you need to set up your voicemail box. I found a couple pair of work pants in size 18/20 that I'll bring to support group tonight.

Shelia, Tomorrow is 1/2 off at the Salvation Army family discount store... I just went today on my lunch hour. I'm going back tomorrow on my lunch hour. They're open until 6 p.m. the store is right on First Street by the interstate downtown. You should stop by on your way home from work tomorrow.

Hey Kym, Just wanted to let you know that I'm pretty sure I have some 42/40 Cs laying around. I only wore them a handful of times. 2 of them are lacy lane bryant plunge bras with underwire. I'm in 14/16s...16s from Lane Bryant are a bit baggy but still wear 'em. 14s fit but are snug around my panni *ugh* However, if I wear a body shaper, they look pretty good on me; however I have to wear a loose shirt because of the roll of skin that hangs over. Tops from Lane Bryant in 14/16s are too big for me. The Avenue got too big for me a few months ago. Their sizes run WAY big! I have only shopped at Lane Bryant and Avenue and when their stuff got too big.. I was like what the heck do I do now lol, silly I know.. so I've been slowly venturing into other stores... New York & Company is now my favorite store.... oh and Ann Taylor Loft but SUPER expensive! New York & Company has sizes up to 18 and XL tops. I can wear 14s from there but like I said, the panni prevents me from being comfortable - body image wise. Everything I took from the last luncheon (i think what I took was from Melinda) fits great and because of which I am not running around naked I have tried thrift stores and the goodwill but I can never find anything when I go so I just say screw it and shop when I have really good coupons or there are really good sales...... but I just recently learned that if you go to goodwill or thrift stores every single week, you'll have better luck. I may just have to do that. Oh and Ebay.. I've found some pretty good deals from there.. my most recent purchase from ebay, a 10 cent skirt from Lane Bryant. Now, that I got a new job and need "business" attire, I'm going to need some new clothes or slightly used ones lol By the way, congratulations on going from a size 28 to a 16 in 3 months...wow! Its taken me almost a year to get to 16s LOL ...way to go

April I got some Ann Taylor light blue linen pants, flair leg, at Goodwill for $4.29. I love them... I am wearing them to work tomorrow... You are right. If you stay at the Goodwill... go often, and you will find the deals. You can get stuff as it comes in and is placed on the racks. We have a pretty decent goodwill... my friend says I must have the best one in Gallatin cause I am always finding stuff... I have a dress, size 14 wraparound, plaid if you like plaids (which I do.. my favorite)... its got autumn yellow and rust in it. but whoever it fits can have it. I am in 10s now... although I tried on some pants tonight and the 12s fit perfect but they were lined and usually they run small... so I didnt get them. Mike bought the size 10s for me though for my birthday coming up in May. Here are my sizes 36B or C bras but must be padded. size 10 & 8 summer pants, capris Medium shirts size 8 shoes (would love some sandals) That about does it. I have some clothes at my mom's house that are 10 & 12. I'll bring them over if anyone wants them. And, IF its not your size, and you like it, please take it. You can look at it, dream of getting into it, and one day when you finally do, its so rewarding. Heck I tried on everything regardless of its size about once a wee****il slowly and surely every one of them fit...

Correction about the wraparound: Whoever wants it, can have it. It doesnt have to fit! But it will soon!

Melinda, can you wear size 9 in sandals...since they are open and all, just wondering because I have a pair of 9's that I bought two pairs of...not sure why I did it but it may work out good if you can wear them.

Oh my gosh...I would be so appreciative of those bras! Paula gave me one from Avenue a few months ago and I have been wearing it every day...it is nearly worn out from being washed so often. I found some sport bras at Sams tonight, 3 to a pack for less than $10 but they are 38's so I can't wear them yet. I think I may have some things for you...actually from my neice. I will bring all of it and whatever will work for you, you are most welcome to. I know there is a nice dress but I don't know what size it is because she cut the tag out. I am going to hit the yard sales this weekend and I am going to buy what I can find in all sizes for everyone...I know eventually some of it will make it's way back to me! LOL!
