Back to Work today, First since Surgery!!!!
I am very nervous this morning, did not sleep well at all, because I return to work today. I did not tell but just about six out of about 30 people that I directly work with what type of surgery that I had and I return today. Welllllllllllllllllll I got on the scale this morning and I am exactly 50 pounds down. 
My stomach is turning flips, some of these people I have heard there attitudes about this surgery before and that is one reason why I did not say anything. I also have one supportive boss and one that is not WLS supportive, SO keep me in your prayers today!!!!

Good luck today, sending you good vibes. Don't worry about those people, they will be so jealous of you that they will probably say something stupid when/if they find out you had WLS. If they say you took the easy way out, you have my permission to smack em. 
Just take it all in stride and say ,if even to yourself, why do I care what you think.

Girl, you must look fabulous! Focus on that and what you have accomplished and just know that you can't please everyone. There is nothing easy about losing weight no matter how you do it and those who pass judgement should look in the mirror and see what it is about them that would want anything but the best for someone as wonderful as you and if they can't support you then that is just sad. I have a feeling that they will change their opinion when they see you... most probably are misinformed and just don't know. Have a great day and don't let anyone steal your thunder!

I've got an activity on campus tonight so if you post after 6:30 I probably won't see it until tomorrow.
