Two month appointment today!!

I had my two month appointment with Dr. Spaw and he was super pleased with my progress, I am 47 pounds down and finally released to go back to work on Monday!!! (little scared, considering only about 6 out of 30 know what type of surgery I had) Very happy with my appointment today and he and I were both very glad that I am finally feeling better!!! No more !!! Shelia

Sheila, That is great. You lost 47 pounds and you are starting to feel better and not sick anymore. Whoo Hooo! . Ugghh - work. The dreaded deed. . Make sure you take it easy your first week back at work. Getting readjusted to working everyday and being more active and eating on a schedule will take a lot out of you (at least it did me). Make sure you keep drinking as much during the day as you can and just take it one step/day at a time. You will be fine. Buy a new outfit and make sure you strut in! I am glad to hear you are doing so great. Keep up the great work. Misty

I'm so glad for you! Especially the goodbye to nausea...I don't miss those days, even though I still get queasy every day it passes super fast. You already look so different from your avatar...no one will recognize you. Good luck back at work!

You're gonna knock their socks off!!!! Word is going to travel quickly. My guess is that you will see a lot of "visitors" come by to welcome you back, and check you out. I'll be praying for you on your other work matter. Susan
