Any suggestion as to whick flavor is best? Also can I get it online? The man last night at the GNC gave me the creeps and was very pushy.

being that they come in glass bottles... they would be very expensive to ship if you ordered online. Other nutrition stores should carry them. Check Vitamin Shoppe or go in the morning to GNC...surely someone different will be working.

I hadn't even thought about them being in a glass bottle. There's another GNC in town, so I might give it a try next time. The guy last night kept trying to push these liqued and chewable adult viatimins on me, then when that didn't work he tried to talk me into this liquid protine that was like 18 grams for 3TBS. Anyway, he just gave me the creeps.

Kristen, I will say something that has really saved my life lately that I have discovered in the last month has been the 42g New Whey Liquid Protein, they come in Orange, Fruit Punch, and Grape. They are 176 calories, 0 Fat, 2 Carbs and 0 sugars. The best thing is that they are only 3.1 oz, therefore easy and quick to drink. They also come in 25 grams, but I like the 42 grams, because I can do half in the morning and half in the evening and I have then at least gotten in half of my protein in for the day. I get them from the Vitamin Shoppe, 12 are 29.99 or 2.99 each. You can also order them on the internet, S&H would be cheaper, because they come in plastic containers and are only 3.1ozs. Another benefit to these, you can also enjoy drinking your own fluids instead of 40 ozs of Isopure. Just another Idea!! Shelia

I liek these too, Shiela! I like the grape and orange...I haven't tried the fruit punch yet. How are they? I usually drink mine in the morning and then I drink an achieve one in the afternoon. The achieve ones are a great pick me up in the afternoon!

I lived on this for the first six weeks after my surgery and I liked the Blue Raspberry, Icy Orange, Pineapple Orange Bannana and the Grape, however I did not like the Mango Peach or the Alpine Punch at all. I did get the ones in the bottle, because the powder does not mix well from what I here. You do need to try each flavor for yourself, because it will need to be something you will need to test. Does your surgeon require that you be on Isopure post-op? Personally, Isopure makes me gag! I managed to choke down part of a bottle pre-op and tried it again about 6 months post-op. I can't imagine trying to drink it immediately post-op. If the Isopure is not a "requirement" from your surgeon, I would suggest getting protein samples from vitalady.com or bariatriceating.com and finding something that you like. If you don't like your protein supplement, you are not going to use it like you should. I wish you lived closer to Nashville and could come to our "protein intervention" on April 14th. There is such a variety of protein supplements out there. There is sure to be at least one that you will LIKE! Like Shelia said, try the IDS New Whey bullets. They will enable you to get a good amount of protein in just a few sips and they are not bad at all. If you can find a GNC with a lady working at it I think you will have a better experience. Do you have a Vitamin Shoppe near you? They carry a large line of protein supplements and have always been very helpful to me. They also carry a larger line of the vitamin supplements we need; as in, chewable calcium citrate and chewable multivitamin.

Hi Kristen, I like the grape, blue raspberry, and the orange. Alpine punch is ok. Hope this helps. -Alyssa

The store that I went to didn't have the blue raspberry. Thanks for the suggestions!
