I want to tell you all that if you have trouble getting your fluids in try Diet Peach Snapple. Zero everything when it comes to calories and everything. But the taste is out of this world. Water feels like a brick everytime I drink it. And I have trouble drinking it when it feels like that. But I turn to Diet Peach Snapple and no problem. It all goes down and no trouble . It is affordable too. You can find it at Food City( 6.99) and Wal-Mart(5.99) in a case pack of 12. All's well in the stomach today. I am down to 193 since three days ago. This evening when I woke I was at 192 at first weigh in. That could be from not my eating and sleeping so long. But I am still standing at 193. I am happy with that.
