News! News! News!

Just got off the phone with Dawn. I am staying! She reassured me and restored my faith. She has resubmitted my paperwork for approval. She added to it. Sent 44 pages. She said she has put a rush on it and that we should hear on Friday. I am so nervous and excited! Please keep your fingers crossed. It meant alot to me that she said that they are working for me and that they will do what they have to to get me approved. It meant alot that she listened to me and was sincere and concerned... Thank you all and Sheila for going through this with me and caring enough to stand up for me! You are all angels!

I am so glad to here this!!! Just remember if you do not here on Friday, Cigna is really bad about not meeting their deadlines, therefore it maybe next week, but at least now you do know that Dawn is working on it and it is moving in the right direction!! hopefully soon this will be the news we all have been waiting for!! Thats great Melissa. Now comes the waiting game agian. This insurance approval and waiting seems to be harder than the actual surgery! . Good luck and I hope you hear back quickly. It sounded like you had everything you needed so you should get approved this time. Misty
