Greetings
I just want to update you all on my current weight right now. I am weighting in at 194-195 right now. I am
between the two. I am still feeling weird about the weight loss but it is a good weirdness.
I have found that I am more hungry when I start to eat my dinner than usual. I am keeping a tight control over it. I think maybe I am waiting to long. But I am having a snack of preztels"thumbsup" when I need a snack. My doctor said i could have one snack a day. I eat about six little ones with mustard on them. I seem to want a more strong favors. Which is really weird. I was never been much of a big fan of strong favors. Now I love them.
I am still staying sugar-free. And low-fat and baking everything. Having a little trouble staying carb. free. But on most days I am strong. I do watch what kind of carbs. I consume. So I do not go back as before.
Does anyone know what the right weight is for a 5'5' woman. I was told by one doctor 140-145 and then by another doctor 130-135. I am a little confused right now. I am down 81-83 pounds so far. I have about 50-60 pounds to go. I am so happy. In my life I never thought to be getting into normal sizes and feeling healthier.
I am so looking forwarded to swimming this summer to tighten my skin more. Swimming works every muscle without hurting my back or neck so much. I am walking when I do not throw my back out or my neck. Or else I am down until I can move again. But I have been doing all sorts of home improvements on my family's home. I am constantly doing something. Driving everyone
. And I do not sleep much anymore. About 3 hours a night or day when every I can get sleep. I just keep going and going. Weird but I like going. I hate to just sit. I have to move something. I am just now getting that energy everyone has been talking about. I am 5 months out about to go on 6 months I think I am really doing it. I am really feeling the losing side and it feel's greattttttttttttttttttt!"jump"

It sounds like you are doing great!!! You and are the same height 5'5 and my personal trainer said that my goal weight should be 140. I feel that this will probably be good too. However, I am concerned about you not getting that much sleep, my trainer got on to me about the same thing, because she said that you do not burn as much fat if you do not get as much sleep, because it slows down your metabolisim. Just thought I would let you know this!!
So glad you are doing so well and it sounds like your house is getting a makeover in the process!!

I will try to get much more sleep. It is really hard for me to do that. I can understand the rest and metabolism thing. Yeah, the house is really getting put into shape now. Thanks for letting me know about the weight thing. I really did need to know. You and Kym told me about 140. So I only have about 50 pounds to go. Heyyyyyyyyy! I am almost there. It is really cool. I start swimming soon. I will not have to worry about my back and my neck soon. Can't wait. I live on a mountain of a hill. All I have to do is go check the mail and walk the dog to get my exercise. It is really that big. Even cars and trucks have trouble getting up it.
I hope you keep up the hard work with your trainer. But take good care of yourself. And take one step at a time and do not push yourself to hard. Keep up the work.Way to go!
