Hi Melissa, DON'T GIVE UP. Keep fighting for your right to a healthier you. I will remember you in my prayers along with everyone else on the board. You will eventually get your surgery date, just takes time, all your Dr.'s have to right a letter stating MEDICALLY NECESSARY for the insurance. May God travel with you on this new journey. Anyway, ... smiling and happy and pleasant again... lol... it does weed out people who are not serious about the surgery... because those who don't want it that bad will just say "ok its not worth it" and quit. But you have one thing goign for you. YOU WANT THIS BAD AND YOU WILL NOT STOP! YOU ARE GOING TO GO DOWN FIGHTIN!

Thanks everyone! It means so much! I meant to call again today but today was my gramps funeral in Cali so we got together here at a park in Murfreesboro as a family since we couldn't all fly out but put in to send my mom. We all took the time to say a few words, my sis read a poem and my niece sang and we put rose petals in the creek/ stream. It was very healing for us even though some might have thought we were all nutty. I plan to call tomorrow and ask for... demand details. Then I am gonna send a thank you card to Dawn because I am sure she has a hard job having to break the news to people and it isn't over that is for sure. I am not a quiter and I am determined to be a loser asap! Ha Ha Ha! Have a happy friday!!!

I'm glad you were able to have such a beautiful memorial service for your gramps. It sounds like it was very fitting. Your attitued is wonderful! I'm glad to hear that you have a renewed determination and a willingness to give Dawn another chance. I know that you WILL get your approval.
