Milestone

I have a very petite friend at work named Liz... she wears a 1 1/2 girls' shoe, is 98 pounds, and very short... and about 50 yrs old... she is so cute! Well we have this joke... that when I lost 98 pounds, I could officially say "I have lost A Liz!" Guess what... today, this morning, I got on the scale... and hot dang I can say I have lost a Liz! 98 pounds!!! I will have to wear a dress to celebrate... no one at work has ever seen me in a dress or skirt.

Every time I try to change my avatar, I have problems... I just dont have the patience to work wiht it... so I asked Kym if she would help me... its all blurry and makes me look distorted!! hopefully I will have it done soon

You skinny thang!!! You are gonna knock their socks off when you show up in a dress!

OK today was dress day... yes I finally did it! The first dress I have had on in 3 yrs I think... anyway, see its been so long that I forget! There were some people who were suprised... and they kept saying how skinny my legs and arms were... I will admit, it felt weird cause I kept feeling the air go up my dress... and I was thinking, dear Lord dear Lord please do not let a gust of wind pick this thing up and blow it cause its a wrap around! I just kept having this picture in my head of my underwear showing... Its also the first dress that I have worn to work during my entire employment... What else is going on? Guess what... I got an email from the lady who did our weight loss program... each time they start a new group of women, they ask a few people from a previous group to come speak about their surgery... she asked one from our gruop to come about the lapband and me to speak about the rouenxy. I guess before I can speak on it, I should learn how to spell it finally, right??!! But that made me feel great...

You will be a wonderful example and spokesperson! What an awesome recognition of all your hard work.
