What makes you say you haven't lost???
At 6 months, I was feeling pretty tired too. My bloodwork showed low iron which can cause you to feel tired. Make sure you discuss it with Dr. Houston. He'll be able to help! Also, make sure you're getting at least 65 grams of protein daily and 64 oz. of water. If not, these could also be responsible for you feeling tired.
Good luck at your appt. tomorrow! Let us know how it goes ok?
April

How many protein grams are you getting in daily?
I agree with April... tell Dr. Houston. Yes he might get on you, but be honest and 'fess up... he wants you to be a success. He will help steer you the right way... I find it easier to just hang my head and say, "OK" or "I know.." But he won't yell. Just strongly stress the facts.
Everyone's giving sage advice. Get up off that thing and dance till you feel better. It's gonna be a beautiful day, feel good and go for a walk outside in the sun. Keep up that iron, protein and exercise. I don't feel like working out today but I know the rest of the day will go better if I do.
I'm off.

Sue,
Don't be so hard on yourself. You are getting sound advice from everyone. Take it a day at a time and make sure you are getting your supplements. You should be getting blood work done with your check up and they should let you know if you are deficient in anything. Like everyone else I say drink your water and make sure you are getting enough protein. Take care of yourself!!
