I hope you all are making plans now to be at Chili's this Saturday. We will meet at 1pm at the Chili's at Cool Springs. Take the Moore's Lane/Galleria Blvd exit off of I-65 South, continue straight on the exit (Galleria Blvd). Take a right at the 3rd light, Baker's Bridge (the mall will be directly in front of you). You will also see Chili's. The reservation will be in the name of Susan Jones. Hope to see a lot of you there!!

Maybe you can carpool with someone. You could always ride with me and my husband. If you wanted to meet us somewhere near Rivergate and leave your car, we can just ride together.

I would love to come to the luncheon sometime--but I can't make it this month. I consider everyone here my "heroes" and I'd love to meet some of you. I've only posted a few times--got to get in the habit of doing it more!! Maybe next month--Cool Springs is about 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive for me, but I love it there!!

What can we eat at Chili's? What do you all typically get?

Hubby and I normally get the Chicken Crispers with a side salad and steamed broccoli instead of the fries and corn. I have a few of the broccoli florets and pull the breading off one of the crispers. Their breading comes off very easily and leaves a very moist, flavorful piece of chicken, almost steamed. I have also had their chicken chili, and the "guts" of a Southwest Eggroll (my fav prior to WLS). We'll help you find something you can eat! Susan

They have a "guiltless" menu - I think that is what it is called. I usually get a grilled chicken sandwhich sub some kind of steamed veggie for fries. I don't eat the bread from the sandwhich. This is my typical meal for anytime I eat out.
