Down 220 lbs here
and still losing
walked and walked and drink lots of water
I mix up a pitcher of water and lemons and at the end of day hopefully all gone
just a little thing I do
and always eat protein first
Thanks everyone for your awesome response and support to my
news... it has been an amazing 3-4 days!! I cannot get into the surgeon
until the 21st of this month, so I have to wait a wee bit more! But that just gives
me time to get things in order, and be ready for surgery!
You guys are amazing, and I know that I can count on you and your expertise
in the WLS journey.. I am so blessed to have be led to this site.
Continued success to those who have gone before, and courage and strength for
those still fighting to be approved... may the Lord God bless you real good!!
