I'm so bloated!
You are probably just bloated from the liquids. You might also check your salt intake. If you are drinking a lot of soups, broths, etc., you may be getting too much salt and that will cause you to retain fluid.
Our pouch is very hard to stretch, especially as new as you are.
Way to go on getting in your liquids!
Alyssa, remember if your soups or broths are apart of your water intake, so is your sugarfree jello, popcycles. That all goes towards your water intake, so if you are feeling bloated, I would agree with Susan, it's either from the salts in the soups or broth. Do a lot of walking around, that will help with the bloating and get things moving in the right direction.
