Hi my friends....

Tomorrow morning I will heading for the hospital around 7:30 as I need to be there by 8am for surgery. Please remember to pray that they are able to get the lymph node out of my left armpit and some of these knots that are surfacing all over me. Pray that the lymph node being taken out doesn't cause the cancer to spread from the open incision. I can't guarantee I will be able to post, but if I can I will do so. A neighbor is going to be checking up on me to make sure I am ok thru out the day. It's being done at the Lakeway Regional Hospital (I hate this hospital) in Morristown. Please keep this prayer going, I don't know when the results will be back or what is in the future. Only God knows that. My oncologist and the surgeon are hoping that when he cuts open my armpit to remove the large lymph node that the cancer is contained, and same with the knots that he will be removing for my Oncologist. thank u juanita. sorry this isn't my usual style of typing, hard to do one handed. i'm home now, but can't use left arm until i see the surgeon on the 15th to remove the stitches and drain tube. i did fine in surgery. no lifting for a week & no using the left arm until the stitches & drain bulb comes out on the 15th. what was great was my surgeon asked if could pray for me and to ask God to guild his hands thru out the surgery. i was praying that God would be watching over me and guild the surgeon's hands. he's the first dr. who openingly asked if he could pray over me. that was a beautiful prayer, not just words. no knots were removed at this time until he knows what is going on with the lymph node. love kathy

hey little, thank you for praying. it means a lot knowing that my friends care enough to pray for me. read what i wrote in the first reply regarding my surgeon. off to dreamland, pain pills along with being put to sleep is making me real sleepy. love you little one, kathy

Hey Kym, thank you. Did u read about my surgeon? He's the first to ever ask to pray over me and to have God guide his hands. He went up in list of favorites. I have great Dr.'s, he's at the top of this list in my book. Thank you God for my friends & surgeon. love ya Kathy
