I have so much respect for you and the work your doing. I have 4 adopted Yorkies and the pleasure a mistreated dog gives is unblievable. It just takes a while to get them to warm up to you. Thanks for helping.

Hi Laura, I finally was able to view the video. We have an important person amongst us. Thank you Laura for what you are able to do with this animals. If you run across a ****zu please let me know, especially a male one. I have been looking for one for sometime and can't afford the high price to buy them from the owners or pet shops. They are my favorite. Age doesn't matter. Love ya, Kathy

Great story! So sad that it has to happen tho. My two bostons were rescued from a puppy mill in KY. I wish the penalties were more harsh so this kind of thing would stop. Thanks for doing what you do!

Hey Laura, exactly what is a puppy mill? I've never heard of one before. I don't have long distance anymore, just local, and my cell is out of order or something is wrong with it. But here's my sons phone number rather his cell and just leave him a message if you don't mind. It's 615-482-3887 and tell him what's it's about and who to contact. Thank you soooooooooooooo very much. Love ya, Kathy

I finally got to see the video! I think the problem was with my media player. Too cool! I hope all of the critters have found good homes now. Susan

Kathy a puppy mill is when a breeder is breeding dogs to have as many pups as possible as soon as possible . This is bad practice because the dog needs to have time to recover between pregnancies . A lot of the time these dogs are kept in poor condition . The dogs I am working with have been breed so often that the calcium has left the small bones of their bodies . their teeth are in horrible shape and the jaws break easily or just feel mushy . They have been kept in cages all their life ..most do not even know what grass is . Many found home this weekend but I know many did not . I already know I am going to have to go in tomorrow to give meds and help with the few that are very ill
