3 month check up!!!
Well you all know that when ever a pt. of Dr. Woodman goes in we are scared to death we have done somthing wrong 
.
Well I could have not been more wrong Monday. 
He was in a wonderful mood. and so was I after he told be he was proud of me and to keep up the great work. I have lost 52% of my excess body weight. My bmi is now 31 and I have lost 
a total of
61 pounds. I also have broken the 200 barrier. I now weigh 196.7 Oh my goodness there are not any 2's in that weight.
My next goal is 175 lbs. Again I want to thank everyone who has helped me through this journey.... speaking of our journey. Have you guys seen the new Journey necklace. It is to die for it symbolizes so much for us and our journey. I have asked for one for my Birthday(this month) or Chriatmas(in Dec.) or Anniversary (in January) I do not care when I get it I just want it really bad even if it is cubic circonia. It is the purpose of our journey to do something nice for our selves. now that we are going to live longer.
I am pretty sure I will my liver count is down from like 50 someting to ***19***. Sorry I have went on on on but 3 months 61 pounds. I wouuld have starved to death and ended up in the er with massive headaces. Again thank you all. and i pray for all of you. to have an uneventful surgery and journey. Again I will say Dr. Woodman is the man
. I really do not think I would be here today if it wasn't for him and Dr. voller.
cheers to them. I owe them not only money but greatfulness and praise. I am alive and can walk 2miles a day all at once couldn't do it before. Sorry,,,, enough of me .
