My Costa Rica Trip is off... due to health decline

Hi everyone, I won't be going on my trip next week as planned. My mammogram showed abnormalities in the lymph nodes in both breasts. I see a surgeon on Monday for biopsies on both, the discharge is blood coming from both breasts. Not a good sign. I am really scared and very emotional at this time. I miss John so much. Last years mammogram was normal not even a cyst. This time it showed something going on in the lymph nodes for both breasts. One way of getting Medicare to pay for a boob job. Keep this in your prayers please. I really feel alone, yet I know God is here with me. Love Kathy

Oh Kathy, I'm sorry that you are going through this. You always seem to be so upbeat with all you go through. I will pray that everything goes as well as it can. Janie

I'm more disappointed that I can't go on the trip. But scared regarding the biopsies. No one will tell my what is actually showing up, so instead of waiting until Monday, I will see the surgeon on Friday morning instead. But my PCP should have at least told me what was happening. Your PCP should have told you SOMETHING!!! Good for you on going ahead and seeing the surgeon. Could any of this, the abnormal mamo and other symptoms be related to the chemo rejection? And I know John would come here to support you if he could. Has he been discharged from the hospital yet? All I can say is you must be jinxed woman! God will see you through, keep the faith. Toni
