Hi, I am Diana first timer from Memphis, Just got the Email address tonite at the support group. I had my RNY August, 28th it has been two weeks, and 21 lbs lost, I am so excited I have been fat my whole life so I can not even see my self smaller, I was blessed I started my road April 2006 and was approved in June 2006. I am glad to be a part of such a great people, WLS folks are great.... Diana

Welcome Diana, first you need to go into your account to change your surgery date, Sept. 26, 2006 hasn't arrived yet. Sounds like you are off to a great start. Who did your surgery? Keep looking at the positive parts of the surgery, and your goals, that will keep you motivated. May God guide you on this journey to a healthier you. Kathy

Hi Diana, I also had my surgery on the 28th in memphis my doctor was Dr.Mcgrath Weaver at st. frances hospital she is awesome. I also have been over weight all my life and really looking forward to being a normal size person,,,lol I have lost 22 since surgery and 12lbs three weeks before surgery with only 173 to go,,,god thats a lot,,,oh well i can do it,,,, look forward to reading your progress post this is a great site the people are very inspirational and if you have a question just ask and someone will answer. take care huggs Teresa
