need information

hi all, just have a quick question ,,,how long will you be down if you have to have the open?? instead of the 5 little cut like i'm hoping for,,,she said open is always a possabilty,,,,thanks everyone for all the great infor.

I was down about 2 weeks. After that I was pretty much able to do anything. It really depends on the person and how you are able to handle pain.

thanks pamela, well the 2 weeks don't sound to bad,,,but being able to handle pain well thats a different story,,,lol,,,, thanks again i believe i can do it which ever way it ends up. teresa

I'm sure you will do great! Just remember to follow all the instructions that your doc gives you for aftercare. :D
