Scheduled! Yay!!

September 28. I can't believe that I'm actually at the planning stage in reality now. I met with Dr. Torquati and the other folks at Vandy yesterday and it's a go. I'd actually stopped even reading the forums here because I was so disillusioned with the process. Now I feel as if there is light at the end of the tunnel!!

Hi Kim Congradulations. Never give up on a dream, and keep posting. For a lot of us, this board is our only line of support. I need this board and they need me. That's just after my birthday, what a lovely gift knowing you will be a loser like the rest of us. I know you can't wait. I waited almost 3 years before I could find a surgeon to do my surgery. Congrats!! You couldn't ask for a better surgeon or steaff! Believe me. Dr torquati did my surgery. I have had no complications . Vanderbilt has a very good staff . I wish you well on your journey. Keep us posted!
