I am finally getting to go to my second appointment today. Today on the 21st at 2:00p.m I am having my second required appointment with my WLS. Wish me luck. I have lost 10% instead of the usual required 5% that my insurance company requires you to lose. I am scare because I have Blue Cross Blue Sheild Medcaide of TN. I have heard that they punish you for losing more , they punish by rejecting your request for the surgery. 
I am also very nervous about the true/false test my WLS makes you take. I was told if you do not pass the test you do not get to have the Surgery. I have read the gastric bypass surgery booklet over about 15 times. I am drawing a mental blank about the booklet, because I have gone over it so many times or very nervous.
I have Dr.hodge of Johnson City. Wish me luck with everything. I am three months pass my 6 month diet. I am at the end of my rope with my diet. I am getting hungrier each day. I am also feeling tired my knee is hurting and so are my hips with the required exercise of walking.It has been getting worse with stretching and with out. I am about to give up, but I swore that I will try my hardest with the diet. And I never give in when I make a pledge. I just hope my insurance company get's me a answer of approval for this surgery fast .I am finding that I need help. I guess, we all feel that way too or we would not be trying to get surgery. I hope the surgery helps me. I feel that it will help me become healthier with my life. I just hope that I get approved.

Tina, I wish you all the luck in the world. I'm sure you won't need it tho. You have done what it takes & you will come out victorious. Don't sweat the test, it's pretty easy, remember I took it just a few short months ago. I also have the same insurance that you do & it was a breeze. I KNOW you will do fine.
