Congratulations Laura! I got my date this week too. Its Sept 1st. I have to lose 10 lbs between now and then!! I started a strict liquid diet this morning and I'm also going to the Y and walking on the treadmill and doing water aerobics. Karen

Thanks My dr is Dr dyer and I will be starting my pre op diet the 28th . Now I have to finish unpacking the new house so the family can find everything LOL Laura
