Christy, Im sorry about not calling today. I had one of those days. My DH is outta town on business (in Chatt) and I had to take my daughter to register for school. Then I got a call that I got a job (YAY). As for the gas, it is bad. I found that walking did wonders. WALK, WALK, WALK! kristi

Hi Christina, I didn't have much gas pain, but walking really helped get it moving in the right direction. Best of and know that God is traveling with you on this new and exciting journey. Kathy

Walk as much as possible! It will be painful at first, but once you get those first few trips up and down the hall.... you'll won't want to stay in bed. At least that was the case in my experience You'll do great!! Good luck! April

I agree. Walking was the best way to get it to move. Also, this may sound terrible, but I was nauseated. When I finally was able to vomit, nothing came up but air. I felt much better after that.
