how long until the weight loss slows down

i had my surgery on march 13 to date i have lost 78 pounds, but losing the 2 to 80 seems like it is taking for ever. when i put on clothes that i have bought in the last little bit, seem to be fitting looser, so i guess that mean i'm losing inches but the scale is moving slow, i'm still walking on the tread mill and have increased intensity of workout, i just wondered if any one else has done this. i'm not complaining because i have went from 365 to 287, maybe i have gotten discouraged because it is slowing down, i know plateauing is common, so maybe that is what this is,

Sharon, I think that is great!! You must be doing something right. That is a lot of pounds to drop. Try not to get discouraged, we all go thru this very same thing. I think you are doing wonderful. Sara.
