Go to "UPDATE PROFILE", on the top left hand corner. Then scroll down to "GENERAL INFO". Scroll down and you'll find a box for comments, that's where you would want to do your journal. As far as fancy text, photos, cool backrounds, that would require html codes. If you want it personalized, just email to volunteers to 'SPRUCE' your profile up.

I felt the same way on the other message boards! I am 21 now, I had my surgery 8 days after my 20th birthday. I have lost 144lbs so far and I want to loose about 15 more. I was 5'9" and 293lbs! So now I am at 149 and I would love to be about 135-140. My doctor says he's pleased but if I would like to loose a little more to go for it! My only problem is the initial weight gain was do to a medical problem and it was very rapid. I now have a little excess skin in my stomach area. Everyone, including my husband, says I should wait until AFTER kids to get a tummy tuck, but I don't want kids for 3-5 years and I don't want to wait that long for a perfect tummy! Anyway I am glad to see some other people near my age out there! KC
