Worried
Hey Everyone! I need some advice. I had surgery January 31, 2006. I have lost 32 pounds so far. For about the last week I have not lost a thing. It worries me because I am scared that maybe I am eatting too much. Granted my period is on so that might be a reason. Nevertheless, I am only 17 and kind of worried that I am doing things wrong so I just want a little advice on what I should do or what the problem may be.
What I ate today:
Breakfast-nothing
Lunch- 3 ounces of baked fish and 1 french fry
Dinner- 2 ounces of baked fish and 1 ounce of cole slaw
I need to start eatting breakfast. Am I eatting to much?
Oh and I drink water all day. I have had 42 ounces so far. Plus, I walk on a tread mill for 30 minutes every other day. And I ride a bike for 10 minutes every other day.

260/228/130?
Hi De Anna,
You do need to start eating breakfast. Even if it is a few oz. of yogurt, some fat free cheese, cottage cheese, something.
Your other meals... as long as you are getting your protein in first and getting enough protein you should be okay.
From the looks of what you had to eat on this day that you gave... you are not getting enough in.
I had surgery on 11/28/05 and I still supplament with protein shakes and bars. You should be getting in at least 50 grams of protein in a day. You should get more but 50 will get you bye. I went through a time where I wasn't loosing much and it was becuse I wasn't getting in enough durring the day. up the protein and get in a little more. Try some veggies and some good carbs. but get the protein in first.
Hugs,
Chrissy

You need to eat breakfast! Breakfast is the most important meal offf the daayy! lol It gets your metabolism going! That's why you're at this plateau so early on! Dont get down on yourself! Don't look @ the scale everyday that'll just discourage you!
