I'm a college student and am 5 weeks post-op. I'm trying to find something that i can possibly eat on the go for breakfast, and kinda of granola bar or something of that sort. That's the only meal i'm really having a problem making sure I'm getting due to the fact that I like to sleep in and I am either on time or running late. Any suggestions would be great!! Thanks *Chantel*

carbs will not help you lose weight. how about a banana? or carnation instant breakfast mixed in your milk. if you like to sleep or are running late all the time, it seems as though that is a change you are going to have to make. most people that eat breakfast lose the most weight. good luck

HEY CHANTEL I'M JASMINE CONGRATS ON YOUR SURGERY I LIKE THE SOUTHBEACH BARS FOR BREAKFAST THEY'RE EXPENSIVE BY THEMSELVES BUT IF YOU BY THEM IT BULK ITS A REAL SAVE. THEY HAVE LOT OF FLAVORS. MY FAVORITE IS THE CINNAMON ONE. BUT ANYWAY I HOPE YOU LIKE IT. OH AND BY THE WAY ITS PROTEINS AND VITAMINS AND OTHER THINGS BALANCES OUT THE CARBS SO ITS FILLING AND GOOD FOR YOU

I agree. The southbeach breakfast bars are pretty good and are about 19 grams of protein. ~Chrissy
