You could call Kidcare and see what they cover and what the requirements are. In the mean time document any and all diets she has tried. You may want to take her to the doctor to start a log of 6 month supervised diet because you will find a lot of insurance companies are making that a manditory requirement now. As of January 1st there have been a lot of changes and many coverages are dropping the riders that cover WLS. Good luck, Chrissy
