Just a little update!!!

Hello All, I hope everyone is doing well. I have been terribly busy lately, thats the reason why I havent been posting. Well I have lost 86 pounds so far while on this journey, and I only been on this journey for a little less than 4 months. I am getting terrific results. I feel much better now that I am a little liter. But anyway I have had three fills. I am up to 9.5 ccs on my Vanguard Band. Its has been a wonder experience so far. Hey for all you people that live in New York be sure to watch me on Sunday November 27. I was interviewed by Diana Williams the Anchor for Channel 7.
