quick update!

well it has been a little over four months since i had my surgery. my pre surgery weight was 340 and i have lost a total of 75 lbs. ( making me now 265) i have had a couple mentall tough times with not being able to eat some of the food i used to but i know i have to move on because this surgery has changed my life for the best... good luck to every one and best wishes ~michelle
