approval day was supposed to be today

yesterday was the last day the insurance company could have to review my appeal. so i call the company and they told me that they are waiting on the doctor to contact them. well i said did they approve me and she said that information is not in the computer but if u call ur doc and have them contact us u will know today. so i called my doc's office and the lady said that the person that needed to talk to them was not in until thursday. og my gosh. these 30 days have killed me and now i have to wait more. i think i got an ulcer from all this mess. my real question is .... is this a good sign or bad sign? i have bluegrass family health if anyone knows about them. please give me ur advise. sincerly

Ashley, Calm down it will be okay. Aslong as you have everything the insurance company wants you will be okay. takes this time to focus. Dont stress out to the point you are giving your self an ulcer. I am thinking of you. Good luck on your approval I am sure all is well. Amanda
