Anyone with info on dr who will do WLS for my teenager??? South Carolina/North Carolina...

My daughter is nearly 14 and is 5'4" and 260+. Dr Bryne in Charleston was about to see her when we had to move to the Upstate of SC. I am now trying to find a surgeon who is closer, but will go back to Charleston if I must. She has Medicaid of SC- who covered my WLS as well. Anyone with info please advise! Hey, my name is Maggie Hackler. I was reading about how you own the only teens weight loss surgery group. I am 16 years old and interested in either the lap banding surgery or gastric bypass , I havent made up my mind as to which one I want. My mother is all for it and willing to travel out of state if I can find a surgeon willing to do the surgery on me (because of my age) I am in the beginning stages of seeing if my insurance will cover it. My mom is going to call the insurance company tomorrow for me. Then if they do we are going to set up and appointment with my doctor. But see, Im not sure all as to what I am suppose to do, and who I am suppose to get ahold of for this. Can you help me out? I live in Nebraska , Beatrice Nebraska to be exact. Thanks *-Maggie-*
