Nervous Psych Evaluation

I am horribly nervous about my psychiatric evaluation. its tomorrow. I have a huge PHOBIA of being psychiatrically commited or evaluated because of mental issues/depression. Its nothing to be seriously worried about, i know this in my right mind but then i think about it and freak the heck out. ack.

dont be nervious...their just gunna see if mentally you know what your getting yourself into...and to see if you can handle the drastic changes that are about to happen in your life, sounds crazy...but very simple infact

all he is going to do i ask you some dumb questions and then put you in a room with a booklet of 500 y or n questions. they ask the same stuff over and over again. They ask you like 5 times if you lvoe your parents. it's nothing girl

WOW! i never had to do the whole 500 questions thing...my dude just sat there and asked me some questions...i rambled on and on, lol, he had me explain everything and the minimal chances of bad stuff happening and after i was done he sat there and wrote out the letter and read it to me saying that i was okay for the surgery :/ i would have died having to do the questionair...i hate them things ,lol
