very very bad news

everyone guess what!!!the surgery im supposed to have on thursday might now happen. my mom turned in my insurance renewal papers a day late....and so now, im on m.a for a month which doesnt vcover the surgery. and now im gonna miss my surgery date and i havet to make a new one and the waiting list is 6 months....i already told all my teachers and friends....my mom got off work and my friends got out of skool to come with me...how bad is it gonna look now if i dont have it??god......i cried for a ******g hour......all i have to say is.....IM ****** SCREWED FOR LIFE!!!sorry had to swear.it made me feel better.i dunno what to do.....i havet to get back on my od insurance by wednesday.....is that even possible?probbaly not....god im so depresed and just want to ******g die!!!god why did u havet to do this to me....if u belive in god, please pray for me that i have surgery this upcoming thursday!!! meghan

hey !! sorry for the bad news but guess what the same thing happeneed to me!!! my surgery was on a tuesday and the thursday b4 that my insurance rep called me and told me my insurance had been cancelled because we had not renewed as well.... i had medicaide and of cource i started flipping cuz in order to get it renewed it takes like 4 months b/c we had not done it on time.... BUUUTTTT thank god that this lady helped me at the medicaid office after the teller had told me there was nothing i could do ... this other lady sw me crying and will u believe it she brought me RECERTIFICATION papers and i was recertified on the spot.... she told me that sometmes the telleres just dont feel like doing the paper work... lol i was amazed and thanking god to say the least ... sooo herees a word of advise lol CRRYYYYYY IS THEY TELL U NO!!! LOL MAKE THEM FEEL BAD FOR U LOL HOPE I COULD HELP SMOOCHIES JENN

Meghan! God has a plan for EVERYBODY. He has a reason for everything! I know this set back is a dissapointment, but he DOES have a reason for it. Trust god.......You surgery WILL happen if he wants it to. ~Amy post-op DS 11-5-04

I'm really sorry for you Meghan. Don't think you are 'screwed for life' though. You are young and you have TONS of time ahead of you. Just trudge along for now, the opportunity for your surgery will resurface. What about seeing if you can get your old April date back while you try and get this worked out instead of going back on the waiting list? Good luck! Sarah
