The Beginnings OF Hell!!!!!!!!!
Hi All,
I hope all is well! I just got of the hospital I was there for 3 days! And no it was not for WLS. I was rushed to the hospital on Monday morning because of extreme stomach pain!!! The doctors told me that I had sludge in my Gall Bladder! So I have to have surgery to take it out! I told the doctors that I had planed to have surgery, but not surgery to take out my gall bladder. But its a good thing that my gall bladder is not inflamed because if it was then i would need to have immediate surgery! But instead I can have elective surgery later on. So what I plan to do is to have my gall bladder taken out during my WLS. My doctor at the hospital told me that if I dont do something about my weight immediately I will have a long career of hospital stays. So he said to get moving with the surgery process! But anyway tomorrow I have to schedule the sleeping test! I had plan to have WLS surgery by christmas but with this delay I looking to have WLS in February! I hope everythting goes well! Hey guys thanks for letting me vent!

I'm sorry you have to wait so long now! If it's so important though, can't they get you in any sooner for surgery? I hope everything turns out. Keep us updated! Glad to hear you're home from the hospital though. And, having your gall bladder removed is probably for the best and won't be so bad because then you don't have to worry about getting gall stones after surgery during your rapid weightloss! (Just trying to tell the positive side for you!) Good luck!!!

That sure sucks that now everything is going to be pushed back. But now you get to enjoy Christmas without any sort of restrictions. And it's really cool that you get to get your gall baldder out. And February isn't that far away. Make sure to let us all know what is going on. And thats what we are here for- for people to vent.
