Surgery Date

yea! I got my surgery date, I went monday for a consult with Dr McCarty, and Im scheduled for wls 12/23/04, 6 days before my 17th birthday! yeah....I had to talk to a physocialgist, I didnt like her, she gave me weird feelings anyways hope everyone is doing well, chelsea

Congrats Chelsea! You are in good hands with Dr. McCarty. He did both me and my mom's surgery. I'll be 6 mths out December 10 and have lost 80 lbs. to date. Good luck!

Thats great I am 17 and currently doing my 6month supervised diet which will put me at April finishing. My Surgeon said that I could have the surgery in April but I am having it in May when I finish my spring Semester of my freshmen year at college. But I want to say congrats and i think we have the same birthday if the 23rd is ur surgery and 6 days later is ur bday the 23+6=29 thats december 29th and that my bday. (hehe) well goodluck, Amanda

yeah we do thats soo cool! Do you always get asked if you get less presents, because your b-day is so close to christmas (if you celebrate it) I do, but I dont think I get jipe.......good luck to you xxxoxxx chelc

Yes I get asked that all the time but I think it's true but since this year I will be the big 18 maybe I will get big LOL. But I think of this surgery as the biggest and greatest present in my life when it comes and I am just waiting my turn. My goal is 140-150. I want to join the NAVY but I need to be 160 MAX.
