Need Help in Wisconsin

Please let me know of any doctors in Wisconsin who will perform surgery on a teenager. My mom had weight loss surgery a year ago, but her doctor won't operate on teenagers. I am 15 and 270 pounds. Where can I find a doctor? I'm thinking about a lap band surgery. What do you think? Thanks! I hate being fat and it makes it worse now that my mom is so skinny.

It's also a ways, but you may want to check out Dr. Buchwald at the U of M Fairview Twin Cities. That is where I had my surgery, and I'm pretty sure he's had patients as young as 15. Good luck!!

I'd like to know about surgeons in Wisconsin as well. Iam 17 and just moved here. Im from the appleton area, just moved here less than a month ago.
