new to the board...4 weeks post op

Hi my name is Rachael and I am 21 My surgery was august 23rd and I had it in Fresno ca but i have moved back to houston, texas where i am from...just looking to talk to people my age about their surgeries and stuff....things they can eat...weight loss I have currently lost 30 pounds so far.... rachel~ hey there. just read your post and i thought that i would say hi i'm still pre op...but i'm going to have surgery in january!!! yea...i'm really getting excited!!! congrats on the 30 lbs lost!!!! that's awesome!!!! i'm 21 also, and i'm glad this board is here...i'm not exactally a "teen" lol but it is nice to talk to people more my age. feel free to email me...eventhough i'm pre op...i've learned a lot about this surgery....so if you need anything...let me know GREAT JOB GIRL!!!!! ~jen

Hi there! I too am pre-op(has anyone had surgery??I wanted to say hi and ask if you had any experience to share, as you are post-op..I know you came to the board looking for help, but I am scheduled Nov. 15th and I am soooo curious as to what to expect. I am sure most all pre-ops feel the same way. Sorry to go on and on but I really did want to congratulate you and say hi!

Hi Amy.... I can drink milk and i have even had ice cream....but slowly....i am a water lover so i dont care about the soda and i dont really like juice....sooooo i drink water....and milk
