1 week post op :)

Hey Everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that I pulled through surgery with flying colors. The doctor said i did awesome and was very proud of me. I am officially 1 week post op today. There were no complications, just some minor setbacks found inside. I had a hernia in my intenstines...he says that is the reason behind my pain if i eat certain things...an the reason why my cramps are so unbareable. they also found that i have malrotation of the appendix...basically when ur a baby ur appendix starts on the right side an rotates to the left side well mine only rotated to the middle of my stomach...so if a doctor were to go in an try an take out my appendix, it'd be in a different spot. and if i were to get appendicidas, the pain would be somewhere else, an so i wouldnt know that it was really my appendix....*shrugs* anyway....just wanted you all to know im doin great! thanks for all the suport shannon
