well, it doesn't matter anymore

My surgery is off indefinitely. My dad just took the job in Ohio and I'll be going to school in Indiana, leaving on Saturday. I had a surgery date for August 31st, approval and everything, but nothing ever works out the way it's supposed to in my life. So close. But maybe it's for the best, because of my second thoughts about RNY. Who knows. All I know is that it's going to be probably another year before surgery. And I was so close.

Hey Lauren, I just wanted to say that I am SO sorry about the delay in your surgery. I really hope that you continue to seek out this surgery in Ohio. I am a little under three months post-op, and I believe that the surgery, whichever one you choose, will be one of the best decision you will make. I'm one of the wierdo's out there who thinks that things happen when the are supposed to. Be sure to keep all of us updated!

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!! How horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is there ANY WAY your dad could hold off JUST for like, 1 more month?! Or not even! All you need is 7-10 days!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh, i cant even believe this!!!!! =( ~Amy Young
