Sup everyone I have a question do u have an answer ??? Does everyone have to have plastic surgury or can u just work out enough to keep the skin on ur body tight thats one of my biggest fears!! ~~~Serafin~~~

It really depends on a few things. Firstly, your age. The older you are the less elasticity your skin has, and since you are posting here in the teen forum I'm guessing you have age on your side. Next, there is the condition of your skin. If you have stretch marks or any other type of damage or scarring, your skin won't bounce back as well. After this it depends on how long you have been overweight, because the less time your skin has been stretched out the better your chances are that it will shrink again. Lastly, and most importantly since it is really the only thing you can control, is water intake. Water is essential for skin elasticity, and if you take in enough of it this will help with skin tightening to an extent. Even after all this if your skin isn't as tight as you'd like you don't HAVE to get PS, at least not right away.
