Hey everyone How's it goin? it's going ok here , day 2 of this STUPID "diet" the doctor has me on 2 protein shakes a day 1 for breakfast, 1 for lunch and no snacks in between and then something sensible for dinner, with extra protein. I think I've figured out how to do this though, kinda cheating but if i try and go all day with no solid food in my stomach i feel sick and i want to puke! so yesterday I did the shake for breakfast (made with sugar free crystal lite..tangerine-strawberry) and some frozen fruit, chocolate protein powder, was actually pretty good. But for lunch i did a can of tuna (drained of course) mixed with 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of salsa...all have close to no fat and lots of protein its yummy!! I am gonna go for a walk today , i didnt do my excercise yesterday but i'll start today...im supposed to be on a treadmil but i dont have one, we're working on buying one. so anyway that is my venting for right now :p Talk to you all later Lots of Love Shannon

Shannon, It's all good I am on one also. Actually that shake sounded good compared to the crap I am on. Slim fast shakes. Yuck. How do you make that? Any way E-mail me back. I am right there with you sista!!!! Love, Courtney Coleman

Shannon- I don't know if you are scheduled or approved for surgery yet, but losing weight before surgery is GREAT! I know the diet sucks, but you'll feel so much better in the long run. I didn't lose weight prior to surgery and really wish I had. Good Luck! Natalie (I like the myoplex carbsense shakes BTW)
