What is an Angel?

I have been reading some posts about how to get an angel and I was just curios as to what it means on here? I am new to the boards and hadn't heard of this before. Could someone please let me know what it means? Thanks!

An angel is someone who gives you support during ur surgery, and they call you after and keep everyone updated on whats happening!
