Starting weight: 355 lbs BMI: 62.8
Current Weight: 292 lbs BMI: 51.7
Yup, that's Negatory 60 lbs!!!
I don't know how much I lost on my 1 week Optifast diet (I was called and had one weeks notice for surgery lol)
Sometimes I feel like you can't see a differance at all. Then I fit in pants I didn't think I'd EVER fit into in my entire life, and I smile and I realize I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

That's fabulous to hear you've lost 60 pounds!
I know.. I remember it felt I hadn't lost a pound, then putting on those old clothes.. comparing to the new.. I couldn't believe it. I'd never imagined myself in anything smaller than a size 20.
Now I've bottomed out.. at a size 6, which before I thought was disgusting, but is actually kind of nice!
Once again.. congratulations!! That's really awesome to hear.
I like the new system with the face recognition !! LOL before I was so easily confused who I was talking to about what and now it's so easy.
